Rules and Regulations:

1. The event is open to enrolled high school (+2) and undergraduate and postgraduate students of any discipline.
2. Only individual participation is allowed.
3. The maximum number of entries from a participant is 3.
4. Photos must be submitted in standard aspect ratios such as 16:9 and 4:3, and random cropping to unconventional ratios will not be accepted.
5. Basic editing, including colour correction and exposure adjustment, is permissible. However, any edits that compromise the originality or authenticity of the photograph are not allowed.




Submission Guidelines:

Last date of submission: 20th January, 2024.


The photographs should be mailed to the email address focalibre24@yesm.in with the subject “Focalibre Photography” . The email body should include the name of the participant, institution, class, contact number and a 30-60 word description of why and how the photography is relevant to the theme.



Process of Selection:



CATEGORY 1 (Judges' Choice): All submissions will be viewed, and one winner from each theme will be picked by judges. The judges' decisions will be considered as final.

CATEGORY 2 (People’s Choice): From all submissions, some selected entries will be featured for public voting on event days. The voting process will be carried on throughout the entirety of the day. Spectators will have the opportunity to cast their votes for the photographs that resonate with them the most. Every vote counts! The photograph that receives the most votes will be awarded as the winner of “People’s Choice.”
